We provide various shipping options for our domestic & international customers. We highly recommend your items be sent to the location where you or family member/friend can accept the order in person. Most of our delivery options require a signature on arrival.
 

Domestic Shipping - Australia Wide

Standard Delivery - We use Australia Post, tracking and insurance are not included with standard delivery. Delivery is usually 3-5 business days.

Registered Post - Includes Australia Post Tracking and insurance that covers items up to $100.
Delivery is usually 3-5 business days.

Express Delivery - Delivers to Australian major cities on the next business day. With delivery to remote regional areas taking up to three additional business days.

International - World Wide

Standard Delivery - Is sent Air Mail & can take between 7 to 21 business days depending on the country destination.

Express Delivery - Can take between 4 and 6 business days depending on the country of destination.

Will I be charged multiple shipping fees if I purchase more than one item?

No.

Customers will only be charged one shipping fee when shopping with Teamcolours.com.au

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Because Teamcolours.com.au offers various shipping options the arrival of your order will vary depending on which delivery option you have selected.

What is the Teamcolours.com.au Return Policy?

Teamcolours.com.au understands that
our customers may not be happy with the purchased product, that's why we will exchange the product or provide the customer with a credit of an equal value.

Before returning your item you will need to contact Teamcolours.com.au Customer Service
to arrange a return form to be included with the item and an estimated replacement time line.

Exchanging a Item

The product must be returned to Teamcolours.com.au by the customer in its original condition, undamaged and with all packaging.  The customer must pay all return freight charges and all return shipping costs to the customer will be the responsibility of Teamcolours.com.au.
Products must be returned to Teamcolours.com.au within 14 days of the Order being made by the Customer to be eligible for replacement. 

Faulty or Defective

If any item of Merchandise is faulty or defective, it
will be replaced with the same product originally purchased by the Customer.  For products which cannot be replaced, a credit to the same value of the item will be offered

Defective products must be returned to Teamcolours.com.au within 14 days of the Order being made by the Customer to be eligible for replacement.  Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Teamcolours.com.au will provide the customer of a estimated return date once the item has been returned and the manufacturer has been contacted.

For all items that are returned to Teamcolours.com.au the original shipping cost is non-refundable.


What is Your Refund Policy

Teamcolours.com.au does not offer a refund on purchases from our website.

How Do You Add a Number to a Guernsey?

Another option is to visit a local business which operates a heat press. This can be an easier way add the official AFL numbers to a guernsey.


What is your Customer Service Policy?

Teamcolours.com.au provides exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure all products listed on the site are currently in stock & pricing is true and correct.

Standard delivery time frames are between 3-5 business days; in the event that a ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you with 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, a back order or credit.
